Grab a partner, plenty of tape and some scissors! Run through the demo videos below and practice each technique a few times to get used to measuring, cutting and applying the tape. Remember there is no "correct" way to tape as long as you are safe and your "patient" has a good reduction in pain. Below is a video looking at types of tape and also a practical demonstration of our top application tips from the presentation which will put you in good stead to become a taping master!

Critically evaluate these studies from the presentation
As always in practice it is imperative that we stay critical of research, draw our own conclusions and be aware of some potential weaknesses in research design. Take a look at the studies mentioned in the presentation and allow yourself some time using our template to critically analyse each one individually.
