Alan Murdoch |
Alan is an accredited strength and conditioning coach, with a masters degree in rehabilitation science and therapy. He is the owner of Alan Murdoch Performance Coaching, and works at Bath Rugby as a senior rehabilitation coach. Alan began his career as a strength conditioning coach at Millfield School, working with a range of athletes from recreational to future Olympians before moving to his current role with Bath Rugby where he is influential in the creation of the clubs return to play protocols and day to day practise. Particular areas of interest and expertise are in post surgical rehabilitation, return to sport, long term athlete development and speed training. |
